Maili uses a prosthetic limb, and with it is a “happy, expressive dog, able to run and play, retrieve things and eat his food.” None of the dogs has a prosthetic leg in Nepal except Maili. I got my leg back. I am now walking like I used to walk before my accident. I got rescued from Hattiban, Lalitpur on December 12th, 2016.
I was hit by a vehicle and had to lose one of my legs. It took me more than a month to get recovered and get back to my normal life. Now the good thing is I have a prosthetic leg, and I feel like I never lose my leg.
Thanks to Dr. Sushil who came up with an idea of a prosthetic leg and it is so wonderfully working 🙂 It took more than a month to design a prosthetic leg for me. I can play and run again.
