Sorry we had to Let you go. Rest in Peace my Friend.

Canine distemper is a virus that affects a dog’s respiratory, gastrointestinal, respiratory and central nervous systems, as well as the conjunctival membranes of the eye. The first signs of canine distemper include sneezing, coughing and thick mucus coming from the eyes and nose. Fever, lethargy, sudden vomiting and diarrhea, depression and/or loss of appetite are also symptoms of the virus.

The dog in the photo had distemper virus and we had to put him down as there is no medication for this virus. If you see a puppy on a street, please try contacting the nearest vet or us and make sure he/she gets his first vaccination of distemper at six to eight weeks of age.

Be sure to keep him/her away from any possibly infectious dogs or environments until he’s finished with his vaccinations at four or five months old so that we can help the dogs to stop going through this painful diseases. Rs. 200 can save one puppy to be prevented from Distemper virus.
