We would like to thank Mr. Rokesh Gurung & all involved for always supporting our cause. Without people like you, animals are always in trouble. You guys are an angel to them who keeps on supporting them via us so that more needy animals will be helped.

Help us help more animals in need.
Three calves were hit by a truck at Dhapakhel
Why are people not so serious and do not see such large animals just in front of them? Is it because there is no proper law for harming animals?
One died and two are struggling for their life. They are in such a pain and we do not have a space to bring them to our shelter. What else we could do do except the treatment on the spot. Government must come with a solution for such kind of cases as it is their responsibility either to take care of these innocent animals or at-least introduce a strict law which prohibits abandoning animals.
We will visit the location again tomorrow for the followup treatment.
Donate now. So we can help more animals in need!

Rescued this afternoon from Nakhhu.
We do not need to write what happened to this dog but we knew that he was bitten badly by some evil. The wound he has is full of maggots and the treatment is ongoing.
Again, we have been doing what we can with our limited resources and no budget and if you want to help us help more animals, please donate so that we can continue our rescue mission soon.
It is always great to see Rokesh Nyeshang Gurung & Gita Gurung family visiting our shelter and donating for cause. Thank you so much for your continuous support. The donation you have provided of Rs. 165,000 will be used for Spaying/Neuter and Rs. 20,000 will be used for the welfare of the cows.
The money was raised by Mr. Rokesh on his birthday. Thank you for being voice for the voiceless.
It is very important to vaccinate dogs so that they are free from illnesses and do not spread deadly diseases. A vaccinated dog is safe from life-threatening diseases such as rabies and distemper. But it is not just enough for the safety of dogs living in the streets.
We believe that another important step is to make people aware of the diseases among dogs and how we can help prevent it. With our ongoing vaccination program, with the tremendous support from Rangjung Yeshe Shenpenour team has also been talking to the locals and explaining why it is important to have knowledge on these issues.
When people are aware of these things, a quick action can help save lives. Knowledge is power!

Meet Rome. Rescued from Sangekhola, she was bleeding from one of her eyes when we found her. It is always difficult to see animals suffering like this on the streets. Years go by, and not one person stops to see what is wrong. Even if they do stop, their cell phones will come out first to record or ‘live’ broadcast the incident rather than sympathize with the ones who are hurt. Thinking about helping these poor souls becomes the last thought.
Rome was suffering from a massive tumor in her right eye which grew bigger and bigger and finally blocked her vision. Now, after months of treatment here is our Rome. With the tumor all gone, we can finally see how beautiful her eyes actually are. She is a true furry beauty.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Deepak and his family for taking time out of their busy schedules and visiting us today! They have been a continuous support to us, which has definitely helped us in daily treatments and rescues.
It was heartwarming to hear about how they are helping out dogs in their own neighborhood and have also adopted quite a few! If only everyone would help out animals in their community, there would not be so many animals getting abused and killed daily. But thanks to people like Deepak, we still have hope!

We really appreciate people who take time out of their precious day to come and visit us. Andro, a vegan activist has traveled around the world to promote a cruelty-free lifestyle, visited us last week to spend some time with our furry family, which as the picture suggested was a lovely thing.
Thank you, Andro, for visiting us, sharing your views and not to forget, donating for the treatment and care of the dogs. We wish you all the very best for your campaign.

Hello fellow humans! My name’s Kilo. You can find me usually playing with my best friend Jack. You cannot miss us, as we are the biggest good boys here. I used to live on the streets before. That all changed when somebody pushed me towards the road where the hot tartar was being poured. All I can remember was the burning sensation on my body. I tried to get out but I was further pulled in by the stickiness. I must have screamed and cried for hours until two pair of hands lifted me up and put me in an ambulance.
This is Kilo’s story. For 3 whole days after we rescued him, he could not sit down, because the tartar dried up and if he started to move, his skin would break. We massaged his body with mustard and coconut oil, which definitely helped. He has suffered so much in his tiny lifetime, that it is mind-blowing to see him today. He is one of the toughest guys. Look at his transformation now!
Please message us if you would like to sponsor him or DONATE TODAY to help more dogs like Kilo at http://www.snehacare.org/donate
