We have started the Spay Program of Female dogs inside the Lalitpur ring road area, where 22 Wards of the District is targeted. This is a 5-day event organized by Lalitpur Municipality with District Livestock Department, Lalitpur.
The program was inaugurated by Deputy Mayor, Gita Satyal. Chief executive Director Hari Prasad Dahal and Head of District Livestock Department Dr. Mogal Prasad Shah were also present. With this joint collaboration, we hope to bring about a change and help maintain the population of the dogs living in the streets.
We hope this kind of event will continue in the future. Just today, 20 dogs were successfully spayed!
