Who says he cannot be cured? His owner abandoned him in the street once his TUMOUR was seem in his nose. Sick people. He can be normal again. Doctor has already started his chemotherapy and is now in Shelter. We have two other dogs from street who went under chemotherapy yesterday as they have a disease called CTVT (Canine transmissible venereal tumours). Hope for their speedy recovery.
